HR Fundamentals Certification
What an HR team actually does all week: hiring, onboarding, leave, policies, exits and the paperwork in between.
The POSH Act, 2013 in plain language. How to form an Internal Committee, handle a complaint and file the annual report.
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, usually called the POSH Act, applies to every employer in India. Many companies still get the basics wrong: no Internal Committee, no written policy, or an inquiry that would not hold up if challenged.
This course explains the law in plain language and then walks through what it looks like in practice: who sits on the committee, how a complaint is received, how an inquiry is run, and what the employer has to report every year.
